What Tim Will Do
- Explain major votes in plain language, including the tradeoffs and why he voted the way he did.
- Hold recurring Place 4 listening sessions in locations residents already use.
- Share concise previews of major agenda items and follow-up summaries after important votes.
- Push for earlier and more accessible public engagement on decisions with neighborhood-wide consequences.
Council Authority
A council member can ask questions publicly, request information, propose agenda items within local rules, vote, communicate with residents, and advocate for stronger public-engagement practices.
Implementation & Cost
Use existing meeting, website, email, and social channels whenever possible. Any proposed new engagement tool should include a public cost and staffing estimate.
How Residents Can Measure Follow-Through
A public commitments tracker will show what Tim promised, what action occurred, how he voted, and what remains unfinished.
